Here’s a quick exercise to try at home. Close your eyes and visualize walking into your school. What do you see? Where are the parents and what are they doing? Take your time. Really think about it. Now imagine being in a room full of parents, all focusing on this same thing, together. The place is the Stong Dining Room, York University, and the person leading you through this exercise is Professor Debbie Pushor from the University of Saskatchewan.
